In efforts to curb the transmission of cold and flu, if you are feeling unwell with any cold or flu like symptoms, please call us to reschedule your appointment. Any patient that presents at the clinic with any symptoms of cold or flu will be rescheduled to an alternate date when the symptoms have abated.

As an Out-of-Hospital Premise, licensed and regulated through the College of Physicians and Surgeons Ontario, we feel confident in our ability to continue seeing patients.

If any staff have travelled, show any signs of symptoms or have had contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case, rest assured they will be asked to stay home.
If you believe that your quality of life would not be affected by postponing your visit, please contact our office at (416) 512-6407 and reschedule your appointment.
If you travelled in the past 14 days, please contact our office at (416) 512-6407. We will reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days out.
If you have the flu or flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, difficulty breathing, etc.) or diarrhea, please contact our office at (416) 512-6407. Please contact our office to discuss rebooking your appointment after your symptoms have been resolved.
Please advise anyone accompanying you who has flu-like symptoms to refrain from entering the clinic.
Please use the hand sanitizer provided across the clinic when entering and exiting our office.
Please note, we will be screening all patients and visitors upon entry. Any person entering the clinic will have their temperature taken and will be required to answer a series of questions relating to Covid-19.
